The breakfast was plentiful. It featured both cooked and continental options. The staff were friendly and helpful. When I checked in, I was asked if i needed help with my luggage.
The stairs access to my room was interior. The carpet on the stairs was really dirty. I noticed scum around the sink. It had clearly been used and not cleaned.

The room was spacious and clean. Staff were helpful and informative. The pub had a nice atmosphere. It is well positioned for the town.
The stairs to the room looked scruffy. The decor was soiled. I noticed an awful smell in the hallway.
